A Romantic Tuscany Wedding


When Oksana and Paolo reached out to me to join them abroad for their wedding in Italy, I was already over-stuffing my suitcase before they finished their question. As a destination wedding photographer, it truly feels like a dream to have these opportunities to photograph weddings overseas, and Oksana and Paolo did not disappoint. In fact, they planned a wedding that dreams are made of (cue Lizzie McGuire soundtrack).


From the moment I arrived in Tuscany, everything felt cinematic. The golden light, heartfelt embraces, and the kind of anticipation that only a destination wedding brings. Excitement was all around! The day was everything you could imagine and more. Located at Tenuta Corbinaia in Tuscany, Italy, the day was filled with sunshine and wonder. Tenuta Corbinaia is one of those wedding venues that feels both timeless and effortlessly romantic. With countryside views, stone architecture, and Italian charm, it was the perfect setting.


Oksana walked down the aisle looking breathtaking, and they celebrated their day sprinkled with Italian culture — including a millefoglie wedding cake. The sweeping, rolling hills in the backdrop of this gorgeous Tuscany wedding venue reminded us why this region is one of the most iconic wedding destinations in the world.


The ceremony and reception were filled with fireworks, laughter, and love shared amongst all who travelled to celebrate with the couple, and together soaked in the beauty of Tuscany. Chandeliers glowed around the tables as guests dined in happiness, and it was an absolute honour to capture this beautiful wedding. If you're planning a destination wedding in Florence or Tuscany, it’s truly one of the most magical places in Italy to say “I do.”
